Gidday from New Zealand
Greetings from New Zealand. My name is Ray. I have always been interested in art and graphics… ever since I can remember… (took my mother ages to get crayon off the wall) lol
I am a youth worker who also performs comedy family and children shows. I do a lot of charity work around New Zealand. Mainly performing, but a little artwork here and there. I paint the local schools signs for fundraising events and decided last week to get a vinyl cutter to make them more professional and quicker… 🙂 (That says something bad about my painting ability doesn’t it)
Anyway, I’ll stop waffling. Great to be here. How do I get access to post in other areas? I have some questions… Cheers!!! -

Hi Ray, welcome mate. A great community here. I was holidaying in NZ in September, and October last year too. Great place you have there.
Ask any questions, but if you want to become a gold member, it gives you access to video and member only stuff.

Yes, I have just bought a 2nd hand cutter.
Roland CAMM-1, PNC-1000A The guy also added a computer and Corel Draw 12 and Sign Tools 3.
It all arrived yesterday. Thats how much of a noobie I am!!! lol

Hey Mark, I did a Nelson School tour earlier this year. Went to about 11 or 12 schools down there. We LOVE it down there!!!

Good on ya Ray – need more people helping the kids – Helen and her lot spend all the money on themselves leaving the kids nothing (I’ve just stood down as Chair at Stoke School – hope you were able to perform for our lot)

re:Nelson tour…
Yeah mate, Stoke was the last show on the tour!!! I stayed at the motorcamp in Richmond. Small world. I think it was just after the tour that Stoke got flooded!Just a quick question… the gold access to the videos etc… looks awesome, but at this stage I don’t think I can afford that. The bronze access, says you have access to free forums? Is that all the forums listed here?
