Hey Guys, Just wondering how you would normally fit vinyl to a van panel to fit the shape perfectly, you can’t rely on the Impact outlines, so does everyone just trim with a blade?

    Thanks
    Paul

Hi Paul have you tried tracing with application tape then lay
over the vinyl then hand cut it will save cutting on the vehicle

Tracing paper, application tape as in Phill’s tutorial work ok. If you cut on the vehicle then firstly you risk damaging the vehicle & 2 it is very difficult to cut a perfectly straight line or even a curve freehand without practice.
