    not difficult i know…
    Problem:

I have a Heat press, Epson D88 with Rotech bulk feeder.
i normally use this for a few in house promo mugs.
Have now bben asked to sort out to do a run of 70 T shirts for one of tghe Emplyee’s partners. She and her friends are doing a ‘Run for Life’ thing. they want to put a pic of someone on the rear and our company name across the front as a form of advertising..

Can i use the Epson and inks with a paper to print the design (picture)
    Do i need special paper?
I would assume that i need to use a ‘T’ with polyester content. Where can i get a PINK one CHEAP …( its a wear once thing!!)

I can get T’s from Uneek…. but they’re 100% cotton …. any way of using those???

    Cheers

    Darryl

    Subli flock, xpres sell it
or Subli transfers, RA Smart sell those but in boxes of 100.

we got the same set up as you

70 t -shirts off on to a polyester based transfer (xpress) will the best way of doing it, but i think you will aslo need polyester coated t-shirts as well. makinf the pr- product costs a bit pricey.

speak to xpress or magic touch.

if it is only a wear once, the cheapest way would be normal inkjet onto 50 degree washable ink jet t shirt paper. these will work out as pennies instead of pounds.

on the epson d88 with rotech inks you are going to see the inks go right down
