Gerber / Spandex Customer service?
We’re running a Gerber Solara UV2 printer, and all was going well until last wednesday when the magenta cut out completely. Placed a service call and a engineer eventually turned up on tuesday! fixed one part of the problem and ordered parts for the rest they arrived yesterday (wed) so I rang tech support to let them know as I didn’t want any delays and have now been told we won’t get an engineer until monday. Has anyone else experienced such poor response times? We als have Oce machines and we never have to wait more than 2 day, usually it’s next day. We were considering upgrading to the new ION in the new year but I think we’ll stick with Oce, they cost a bit more but at least you get the backup! (hot)

Gerber Service/Spandex Dont even get me and karl williams started about these in my opinion i will never use these again
