    gerber fx foil mismatch error

    this is driving me nuts, I have 2 issues – I am trying to print some labels on clear static vinyl – as soon as I try gold (GCS) D0701 710, its comes up with a foil mismatch error and wont let me proceed.

    what I have done in the past is just choose another colour and then accept the foil change on the screen, but this wont let me – up comes the mismatch error each time, is these something specific about this gold?

    any ideas please

    Hi Tom, still got the FX then?

    Is it a mirrored gold foil or a metallic one?

    all sorted, got some fantastic customer support from spandex – thank you to Becky, spot on advice, they should make you customer service director…
