    Gerber Edge FX Foil creasing with solid prints – help please

    Hi Folk.

    Just wondered if anyone can help with this,

    I am getting creasing foils when printing solid prints.- see attached photo

    I have changed the plastic strips, i have cleaned and cleaned again. I have adjusted the heat setting.

    Anything else i can try?

    I’d recommend a service from Spandex. I would have changed all of the above. Does it happen with all colours? Have you tried different vinyl? If so it maybe a clutch or belt issue, have you tried running in Edge 1 mode? Best to have it checked out.
