Any idea what is wrong, It happened before and was sent away. Was told there was nothing wrong with it. It seems to be printing but then it will tear the foil. The printer doesnt sound right. Have tried the 123 foil/vinyl substitute but no difference.
    Help please.

Hi are you using Gerber foils or some other brand? and what brand of vinyl? dosen’t sound good but try setting your heat settings in plot go to 123 then settings and set them to light or lighter may help but you shouldn’t have to do this every time could be a problem with your print head overheating

Have you cleaned the print head recently? is the foil brand new or have you printed any jobs with it before? reason i ask is it could be a bogey foil other than that i’m stumped selotape it back together any way and try again has happened to me once before and was fine after that is it only happening with this foil? and what colour is it? also you may want to go to the gerber site
http://www.gspinc.com depending on your version of the software there could be an update that may sort your heat settings out 😕
