If its not the correct vinyl it wont stay on.
Im not sure about the doro tape and metamark stuff, but nylo flex or nylo cut from xpres is what I use, its a lot thinner and beds into the weave.

Chris, sorry can’t help with the Metamark, but have instructions here for the Nylo-Flex-if that’s any good?

Temp 150,for 20 secs medium pressure, remove backing when cool, repress (covered with silicone paper) for further 10 secs.

That metatex from metamark would be the stuff to use, I always remove the backing first as its a pain to remove after and sometimes stops the stuff sticking at all.
20 seconds under a press is a little too long for very thin nylon garments I think, 10 secs peel and repress for 10, thats how I do it.

Cheers all, never used before and these garments were expensive! used the Doro one and pressed for 10 secs then uncovered and pressed again with a teflon sheet. Looked nice, stuck well but a bit hard but got a happy client.

I must add, when I say backing I dot mean the plastic backing, i mean the very thin film that covers the xpres one.
