Galvanised frame scaffold sign supplier?
Posted by HEYSKULL on 22 September 2006 at 10:10I am looking for a supplier of galvanised framed signs with a corex panel 30"x20" that clamps onto a scaffold pole.
I have looked everywhere and only found 1 supplier who although there product was reasonably priced wanted a fortune to deliver it.
Anyone help me?
Cheers

How about supplying your customer with banners with loops top and bottom and he can then bolt a couple of pieces of scaffolding out to hold them.

Already supply loads of scaffold banners.
This customer wants framed ones.Don’t you just love customers who want something that you don’t normally stock!!!

I supply a scaffold company with the panels – in 10mm Foamex
We use a template and router the shape (large radius corners – small recess either edge )
The frames he has already – from scaffold suppliesHope this helps

I use 10mm foamboard , I may be wrong but is correx a bit flimsey to take the knocks ?
The standard size is 595 x 910mm
As I said above big rad on the corners
and recess on each verticalUsing a router & template it takes me 1 hour to produce 12 boards
and about 3 weeks to do the 4 colour vinyls , double sided ! 😮
