Just to show what you are missing. This is a view from the from of our unit last winter. The ducks are on the towpath of the canal because the canal had frozen over and there are no golfers on the course opposite looking for their balls.
We do have nice views in the summer though.

looks fantastic as I sit here at 10:20pm, sweltering in my home office waiting for the next summer storm to pass over.
This is the closest thing I can find for a cold wintery photo for you mate. This was taken in the middle of winter on stradbroke island. It was a miserable 23 deg c 🙄
