Kawy very kindly uploaded the free font Laserian on the boards for me as I require it for a job. I have installed the font in the same way I always do, but Corel Draw won’t use it, even although it shows in the list of available fonts. I can use it in Microsoft Word but not Corel Draw. Any ideas???

What version of Corel are you using – is it a True Type or Type 1 font are you using Font Navigator which came with Draw?

Did you put it in the windows font folder or use bitstream?

just tried it and works fine in Corel 12

I’m using Coreldraw 9 and put the font straight into fonts folder. Is there an alternative method I should try?

Hmm.. does the font in the font folder have a short-cut icon in the corner of it? looks like an arrow.
