Font ID please if anyone can help? also still hunting a good font ID app
Hi all, Ive looked at software for font ID but What the Font is just not coming up with credible matches. What do others use? I dont mind paying for this as its a big part of my business and it will save many hours and posts on here. Can anyone ID this font please its just one word i need to recreate so will do by hand if no one can ID it, many thanks jean

It looks like Forum Regular. If I don’t already know them, I use whatthefont and whatfontis websites. On this one for instance, I selected the EGCY in photoshop, and got rid of the rest of the image. Then I coloured the letters in black, and straightened the E. Then I used whatfontis website, and checked the results. This one was number 13 in the list. It takes a bit of prep work, but most of the time, you can get a result.

wow Jamie thank you for going to all that troble. You are spot on it is Forum and the jobs now waiting to be printed. I did try WhattheFont but i do not have photoshop so could only import the photo. It also only picked up the EGACY part but i only looked at the first page of options as i assumed (possibly wrongly) that the further down the list i went the less likey i was to find the actual font. I will look further next time. Many thanks again for your effort jean
