    Hi, can some one explain to us the effects of sunlight and what happens to foamex and also what the average lifespan is , its a pretty new material to us so please help

    You can look up the tech details there or true foamalux but there are competitors products available.

    It obviously expands and contracts dependent upon the sheet size.

    Also certain colours fade more than others dependant upon there exposure to sunlight levels.

    warm colours will fade within 6 months, some makes/version of same are worse. if fitting outside, fit in a frame at any real size. if you dont it will warp/buckle and eventually fade. sorry not a fan of these types of products unless for indoor work, which it is great!

    thanks tim i always wanted to know how much it expanded if i read it right over 30 deg temp change over 1.2 mtrs about 4mm that is quite a lot
