I presume it’s for a directory enquiry co?
looks like the K9’s bouncy bits!
So go on then….Tell us how you made it glittery (without giving away trade secrets)

😮 WHAT!!!
Micheal, you obviously don’t know our motto "Size matters" The overall height was 1.2m and 3m long… i admit that the background is slightly altered as it was taken in the workshop and it’s pretty uninteresting. We use a CNC hot wire machine to cut the foam.
quote :Tell us how you made it glittery (without giving away trade secrets)Pete, just the same technique used to stick glitter to a Xmas cards ………….. just on a larger scale as you know "Size matters", giant drop cloth, big bag of glitter, 4" sewer pipe as a roller to press the glitter into the glue.

we are quite good at what we do but not that good. Foam is not the problem we have plenty of it, it the skills that "Mother Nature" has. -

Totally agree with you Martin, they are a poor substitute ……. as l said hard to replace Mother Nature.
Were not a million miles from Keady, were based in Dundalk just across the border.
