I know how to do it, spent 13 years in the Flexographic industry before moving here so I think I know a thing or 2 ………

……. enough to say it’s specialist work and expensive machinery, not something to stick in the corner for when you need it.

There is a fair amount of pre-press work required for flexo printing so best to just do the design and send it to a flexographic printing company and they will sort for you.
