Flex face consists of a framing system and the sign insert usually made from a PVC material. The framing system tensions the flex face/sign to keep it nice and flat/taut. They can also be made to be easier to change over due to damage or the need to update the graphics.

They are advantageous due to the fact PVC is a lot cheaper then other substrates thus larger signs can be done alot of cost effectively then using acrylic, mdf etc. They will also appear seamless also as your printer or media is wide enough for your sign.
