Flatbed laminator / mounter V’s laminator
Hello All,
Hope all is well.
At current i have a vivid easy mount cold laminator .Not the best of laminators but does the job. I ve been keeping an eye out over the last few years on the new flatbed application tables .They have come down in price and it looks like the chinese have replicated these tables and almost cut the price in half.
In saying this i would like feedback from the forums members on their experiences with this product and can these flatbed tables replace roll to roll cold laminators like my vivid easy mount.
I understand they are great for laying media & vinyl on panels but can they do the job as good as a roll to roll cold laminator?
Any other experiences with these table you can share would be great .Some flatbeds i have seen on the web :

They are clearly excellent for laying prints on panels and I’d love one. I don’t think they are supposed to be a replacement for a standard laminator for applying the laminate to the vinyl though.
What Chinese ones have you seen? The others all seem to be £7-10k for a 3-4m version.

The EASTSIGN company sell their own brand application table .
This has heat assist as well .Pricing from 2.5m x 1.4 ($5800(u.s.d ) to 4m x 1.4 ($7000(u.s.d)As per usual they replicated and improved and kept the pricing down .
I was going to spend the same on a roll to roll laminator .
