  • Flat face dibond sign on rails.

Customer wants a raised flat dibond 0.8m x 1.5m oval shape sign and two adjacent raised rectangular ones either side fitted to this aluminium cladding.

Is there a way of using extrusion or some type of rails on both the signs and the building that interlock to make this straight forward. Locators are no good obv and a folded tray is not an option because it all has to match the oval (ie flat)
The signs need to be raised slightly to miss the cladding bolts that stick out on the building 15mm so extrusion would miss that

Is there a special extrusion on the market? Like the interlocking ones used on Ali sign trays ?

    Thanks.

I wouldn’t immediately discount locators, template the install & bond your locators to the high points. It just means two visits, not a difficult job & doesn’t need to be over thought.
