    Hi
next week i will be fitting flat cut letters to a flat brickwork surface, some of the female receivers screwed to the wall will inevitably fall on the joint between the brickwork courses ( decorative brickwork with quite wide gaps).this will cause the receiver to sit too low, what would you use to overcome this, ps letters already made

Use longer screws and pack them out with something.

Maybe cut down another connector and use that.

Or, leave them a bit loose where they hit the mortar line. Provided there are some locators that do hit the brick they should be fine. Done this loads of times.
