Fit to media
I am trying to do some pictures on a 4 paper to send to my family up north. So I put in a piece of a4 card and the plotter sizes the media up. but soon as it starts plotting the error light comes on.
I thought that when I selected the cut plot option the software would tell me that the text picture will not fit.
Hope you know what i mean.Thanks and hope your all well.

John, a plotter will not be able to use the full width of the media because of the pinch rollers, OK you can expand the setting to the limit of the rollers but risk the knife going off the edge.
are you asking (polling) the plotter fot the page size before you plot?Peter

When I click on the poll plotter, a box comes up saying device not working.

Puma sp 60 and signlab 8. Looks like I will have to use bigger cards.
