Hope the subject title made sense.
I am using X4. When I make designs for t-shirts, I will try to use as much of the vinyl as possible. No blank corners of wasted vinyl. Usually the back design is 28 x 25 and the front 12×10. Then I try to fit it all together , like a jigsaw puzzle , and use the vinyl as economically as possible.
I have seen other programs do this automatically, is this possible in Corel X4?? If not then its a good one for Alans Upgrade post.

If you are using x4 i assume you are using signtools? if so it dosen’t have a nesting fascility. Signtools does have a cut manager but its very basic. still its a good app for someone who is starting out. 🙂

Craig, Is Signtools within X4 or is it another program ? I dont work with signs, only t-shirts and Polos etc.

Yes well its an application that works within Corel but you need to buy it but it lets you cut from Corel which is sometimes easier. The demo is available from here. http://www.asigns.com/
