    Hi All

    Iv just been landed with a job that means ill have to get my first plotter,
    can you give me an idea of how much ill need to spend and the make for a good 24" plotter.

    P.S. looked on the web and fund a Foison C-24 for £395+vat ?????

    Follow these instruction very carefully.

    Type in FOISON into the ‘search the boards’ facility above.
    Read the results and absorb.
    Delete all reference from your memory of such a machine.
    Buy a Graphtec.

    From what I’ve read here you’d be better off with a second hand Summa/Graphtec/Roland/Mimaki rather than virtually anything remotely Chinese. I can’t comment directly about the Foison but I can tell you that I’ve got a 8+ year Graphtec and a 4/5 year old Summa, both work hard daily and both are like new. Draw your own conclusions

    My old chinese plotter is kept in the attic, not a grave. I can’t bear to let go altogether……

    Not sure if you have sorted your cutter, but if not we have a lightly used Summa D60 for sale complete with stand, basket etc.

    These cutters are well supported and come with a manufacturers 3 year guarantee so the quality speaks for itself.
