This is the whole process of my first dibond sign. After a lot of reading and learning form forums and internet, we have come up with this ! All done in our warehouse. Dibond cut on our CNC router ( for the first time :), 10 mm acrylic, laser cut. 3 mm opal acrylic, glued on the back of the bond. LED illumination inside on a 5 mm Forex. All on a metal frame.
All comments regarding mistakes in production process are welcome ! Thanks in advance !

    Excellent work.
Maybe the steel frame a bit OTT. Any reason you couldn’t make an aluminium/dibond back tray.

wow… great stuff, yes two dibond boxes, one inside the other would work.
