there are a few suppliers of this sort of thing on the go. vandal proof? no chance… 😕
they are not cheap and for the type you want ide expect tp pay high..
i bought one about 3ft by 2ft (approx) and paid about £300 and that was cheap in comparison to most i saw.
i think if i had to do it again, ide have my own fabricated. it would be much cheaper and allot better built.

Thanks for your speedy reply rob..how would you recommend to go about fabricating your own..what materials are best suited to this kind of work.

    thanks

there are many ways to construct this sort of thing mate…
the overall look of the thing will be one thing to consider, but most importantly is durability.
the easy rout would be a steel box with heavy hinge door and a couple of small stainless padlocks..
this could be welded to steel 3inch square tubed legs and the whole thing powder coated. 😕 let the little buggers get into that :lol1:

we have our own guillotine and sheet folder in house so its not to fair me saying this and that..
maybe an idea to draw something up and walk into a small metal fabrication shop and ask them for a price to make it up?
i would think there would be allot of work on it… but you never know the price people charge theses days…
it maybe just a case of them folding up a sheet of aluminum into box type thing and creating a door fixed by hinges.

hard for me to go non not know whats what or exactly how the finished case should look.

Use 4-6mm lexan (polycarbonate) or ultra high impact acrylic for the front “glass” , its almost impossible to break.
I would go robs direction , stainless or powder coated bent sheet steel.
