Anyone know of an exterior directory system available (other than Spandex).

I’ve been using the Vista Sign System for a little more than a year now and I am pleased with their products. I think I can post their website address… http://www.vistasystem.com and they should be able to ship to you.
The only minor concern would be the size of the panels. Anything larger than 400 mm may need some reinforcement to hold the sign face in the retainer. Email me and I can send you a link to a website where you can see how I used them.Checkers

We’ve recently started using the Vista system too and have found it to be a lot easier and more flexible than Spandex. The website link that Checkers posted has a link to the UK page with a Freephone number and we’ve found their prices and delivery to be very good.
