Well today has started in a pleasant way.
Ten days ago my router at home stopped working, the power supply had failed, I tried another power supply and still no joy so before I chucked the whole lot in the dustbin I thought I’d give the Belkin support line a ring
”No there’s no fuse in the router, I’ll give you an RMA number, send the whole back to us and we’ll replace it”
The new replacement for a four year router arrived this morning – how’s that for good customer service?
