I am totally new to all of this.

Just bought a DC16 Geo Knight Heat Press & Epson R1800 printer with bulk ink system.

I have configured the printer preferences as per instructions but my prints are coming out with a slight lilac/mauve tint to them. Is this something I need to change in my preferences?
I have read about monitor colour issues on this forum but don’t think it is that because images that I printed true previously are also doing it.

Any ideas before I badger my supplier (-)

Have you actually transfered the prints or do they just look bad on the paper? Sublimation prints don’t look good from the printer but colours come better when transfered.

I had read before I got the equipment that this might be the case so wasn’t too concerned when they printed but they look the same when transferred, any ideas ?
