    EPS not editable. Help please

    Customer sent me an eps file of their logo. Problem is i cant do anything with it. I’ve opened it in AI to see if i could unlock the layers but it saying nothing is locked.
    How can i get the file editable?

    Possibly has been grouped and then saved like that before it was sent to you?

    is there anything i can do with it to enable editing?

    Sussed it out. Opened in AI and saved as AI file as opposed to EPS. Can now edit in Flexi.

    Often you need to ungroup and unmask before you can edit them
