Hi mate

You could do with a program called Adobe Photoshop. It also depends on what size you want it and what for. Also you can only blow an image up so far before it starts to pixelate.

or you could try Irfanview – http://www.irfanview.com – which is a free viewer and will allow resizing with resampling (i.e. will add pixels) – although it has its limitations depending on original size of file and how much enlargement required.

Best software on the planet for wide format use!
Photoshop doesn’t even come close!
If you haven’t got it and you’re poster / wide format, you need it and it’s dirt cheap 😉
