Has anyone here printed on to water slide transfer paper using a Gerber edge printer. Can you even get this material for the Edge?

    Long shot I know.

    Cheers

http://www.beldecal.com do inkjet and laser / thermal printer waterslide paper – the thermal stuff is designed for Alps / Citizen printers but may work OK on the Edge as well

Thanks guys, I don’t have a toner laser or inkjet as yet which is y I want them for the Edge. I am considering The Magic Touch equipment as it has a whole new area for sales, but that is more money.

    Cheers

I used to get decals printed, there were done on an Alps printer.

All the stuff I’ve come across is in sheet format but you need it in a roll with the punched holes don’t you?

Just remembered something – I did try using the alps paper in the PC600, and it seemed like the PC600 head was running too hot for the paper and it made it seperate and the ink not stick properly – I dont know what voltages the head on the Edge runs at, so not sure if it would do the same.

I have got a few Alps and Printiva printers that I use for waterslide stuff, so if it was only bits and bobs you wanted doing I could sort them out for you.
