Edge Lighting

Hi Tara,
Its possible that your client is referring to edge lit signs that can be produced by engraving a clear or semi clear acrylic which is then fixed into a box type, aluminium extrusion that holds the light fitting.
The light shines through the edge of the acrylic ad the text /graphics become highlighted. A lot of pubs have been using them above toilets etc as they can be projected off the walls and are a nice looking sign.
