I went to the Easysign website and searched the FAQ’s, no joy, so maybe your pc is running low on available memory.
You said it happened when you go to print, if you are sending to a wide format printer and not a desktop A4 printer then you could well be out of memory available for that task.
What are your pc specs?

Don’t use easysign so don’t know if this will help but are all the old jobs that you have printed still saved on your scratch disc? If they are then you may have to delete some of them to free up some space or increase the size of your scratch disc on the hard drive.

Mean to say earlier, empty your easysign temp file folder, it doesn’t self empty.
