Drawing Trapeziums in Flexi
Hi,
I use Flexi 7, and am stumped on how to draw a trapezium without drawing it manually. My customer wants a fake venetian blind effect…..why? I’ve no idea!!
I’m going to try to draw one, but would appreciate if anyone knows how or if this can be done with the shape tools.

Hi Adam, try ‘Effects’, ‘Distort’ and select the trapezium icon.

I don’t have one that looks like a trapezium! I have 19 distort shapes and one blank box!
I’ve drawn it by hand now, drew a box the right length and width and then dragged a guide line from the ruler, angled the line 10 degrees one way and used the cleaver tool to chop the ends off the rectangle at opposite slants.
Not sure how this is going to look, 🙄 but the customer is sure this is what he wants!
