    Just got a new laptop but it doesn’t have a serial port for my ce3000-60 plotter 🙁

    Does the usb/serial converter things actually work?

    yep.. most new Dell’s now have no ports, only USB’s
    Converter should be fine.

    We have used these for many years with no issues whatsoever. Fit and forget.
