Does anyone use VMP – Vinyl Master Pro – Need some help!

Hi Marie
Open VMP ,Open new page then go to File (top left) Then scroll down to import , then a Box will come up asking which file you want to import. At the top of that box you also have to pick from where File is Example C/drive D/drive or floppy. Select it and that should import it.

PS if it is a EPS file click EPS button in open file to import box/it will open a box with my computer/click on my computer/click on what you want to import. If this is not clear let us know.

I have imported images now but I am still having trouble with my image, once it is imported (it is a jpeg file) if I send it to cut there is an empty square. Any ideas what I need to do?

I dont suppose you live near Worthing and fancy having a pupil for a day?

Your machine will not "cut" a jpeg,it will have to be converted to a vector (lines and shapes) first!!

Hi Fred,

I have altered the image from my desktop by right clicking on the image and going to bitmap then edit/vectorise….I then trace the image which is fine (I change it to monochrome as instructed) then accept…….

my problem now is that the cut option isnt highlighted as an option after i send it to the spooler….not sure what it is Im not doing…my cutter is communicating fine….any ideas?
