Does anyone use Elavon for payment?
I am considering getting an Elavon payment system installed, can anyone tell me what kind of charges there are, say per month and transaction.
Their rep was supposed to ring me but im still waiting!

I used Elavon for years, good company, never any issues, but canceled earlier this year due to (what I thought) excessive charges i.e.£30:00 per month if you DON’T use it.Now use PayPal. Easier, just as cheap, no machine rental, no hassle 🙂 🙂 🙂

I thought it would be expensive alrite Barbara, I could nt justify that, but with the pay pal does a customer need to have a pay pal account before they can pay or how does it work as i dont think alot of my customers would have paypal or know what it was! :lol1:

No,customers don’t need to have a Paypal account (though you’d be surprised how many do!).
I actually think it’s much safer for them too, as they’re not putting all their details on different web sites here and there.
Having said that though, my business is geared to sportswear rather than sign making/writing 🙂 🙂Barbara
