  • Does anyone recognise this type of plastic snap fitting?

    Hi All

Does anyone recognise this type of fitting? It is approx 10mm in diameter. Also, does anyone have some they could sell me? I just need to replace a couple of letter for a customer but I didn’t put them up and I would rather just replace the female part of the fitting which they broke during a snowball fight!

    Thanks

    John

Hi John, I have a few females here (the fittings not the real thing. I don’t think my wife would be too happy):D

They are approx 21mm in length, if that’s suitable PM me how many you want and your address and I’ll pop a few in the post to you as a Christmas pressie.

    Neil

Oh well George & Craig beat me, last again 🙁

John, they are actually the simplefix fitting available from Robert Horne and Amari

    http://www.roberthorne.co.uk/products/s … -locators/

They are not Snapfix, they are totally different with a ball fixing and the cups are NOT COMPATIBLE at any size

    http://www.snapfix.com

I know this because it cost me dear a few years back, snapfix are undoubtably the better fixing with a very good guarantee, unlike the simplefix ones that seem to perish after 2 years or so
