    Hello all,
Does anyone print flags. I have been trying to print flags on various media for about two weeks now and can’t get it right. I wanted the flags to be printed one sided but allow for the reverse image to be seen. I found a polyester fabric which appeared to work but it has no backing paper and the ink goes through onto the unit, which is bad 🙁
Please does anyone have any knowledge to share on this subject. I’m using a Versacamm sp540 with ecosol inks.
    Cheers

We have printed a few on hexis’ spinnaker material with good results. Still playing with their flag material but the spinnaker one works well and gives a far more intense finish than their ‘flag material’.

    Thanks Lee.
Is it possible to see the inverse image on the non printed side of the flag? and does it have backing paper?

Yes if well lit and no it doesn’t come on backing but it doesn’t need it and prints fine on our JV3 with no problems.
