Does anyone know what is the thinnest clear vinyl?

Oracal 290 clear laminate. The thinnest I am aware of.

Pretty sure it can mate.

Oracal in just about every country will usually give you a sample to test. It may be worth a call to see if you can get a bit. If you were closer I’d send you some.

The short answer is; I am pretty confident you would have no problem printing with a thermal printer.
