Does anybody know how to create a cut path in photoshop?
Hi all
Does anybody know how to create a cut path in photo shop ie to cut around text. i am using a Roland 540 with versaworks.
Or will i have to buy some new software? Any help would be appreciated
because i am very new to this game.I am more of a Awning and Canopies sort of guy.

creating a contour path in photoshop is relatively easy, just use the pen tool. I am not sure however if saving the file as an .eps will keep the path as a CUT contour. However, you could export the path into an Illustrator or .eps file seperately so when you import your photo into flexi/signlab or what ever you can drop the path on top of it.
