any time i have a complete flood coat of colour for a wrap i would use mactacs macfleet. if there is a solid colour wrap that will stay in place permanently, that’s the one. the down side is it is just like the cast you described, unforgiving. it is also very temperamental… room has to be at the right temp "warm" or it sheers… removing it is like removing any good cast, SLOW 😮
that maybe the downsides of it but for me this stuff lets me sleep at night even after the most demanding recesses.
KPMF, :no1: not for me… KPMF is brilliant for the likes of taxi’s but chuck in the odd sharp, deep recess and well… i have had lightening of the solid colours, "NAVY BLUE" to be exact…. and pulling/popping back out of sharp recessed areas. 😕
on the up side, KPMF is one of the easiest to work with in my opinion as it has a very thick feel to it and a super gloss lovely finish. maybe days have changed for this wrap as it was about two years ago the last i used it.
as you will be aware, there are many wrap vinyls on the go… many just re-brands IMHO. however, understandably not all offer solid flood colours in wrap.
Avery as you know offer the Cast in solid colour, I’m not sure in EZ Apply though.
