  • Do Roland no longer stock parts for their machines?

Need some -parts for an RF640 machine. Its basically wiper assembly and other allied bits. Just been told that Roland DG havent got the parts in stock in Europe and they have to be sent from Japan.

3 week delivery….is there anywhere else I can buy genuine Roland parts?, 3 weeks is a long time to be without a machine.

Have you tried Digiprint Supplies? They do all sorts of bits, both genuine and third party.

    Have you tried PrintMAX?
Not sure if they carry parts but worth a try, even if they can only advise.

Thanks for the advice, unfortunately uk suppliers haven’t got stock. Its amazing IMO that Roland havent got a relatively common part in stock, if it was my only machine it would possibly put me out of business.

What parts are you after, Steff? Our engineers hold a lot of the regular service stuff and might be able to help. Roland are generally good at supplying parts, I guess you’ve been unlikely this time.

Thank you for the offer Stafford, I have now been given a revised date for repair. If I get things done now, then I’m no better off really than waiting a few more days ( hope that makes sense)
