    Afternoon all,

We are starting to do more and more step out signs with full colour applied, whats the easiest way to do this?

Do i cut the composite then apply graphics?

or do i apply the graphics then cut composite?

The reason i ask is that i am currently doing it the first way but i always have difficulty lining up.

Take a look at my next job help!! 😛

    Thanks Ben

We paint out routed letters / graphics. Much better finish.

If we have a printed image to go on a routed foamex design, we print it and float it on with water to get the lineup correct.

Same here. We usually do all the cutting and then paint if needed and apply graphics last. Easy to scratch them if you are cutting them in place.
