Quoting a large job at the moment, which involves mounting print to MDF panels.

I’m guessing a Hightack vinyl is the way forward, but looking for suggestions as to which brand?

    MDPH?
    3164HT?

I’m guessing we’ll still be best to prime each panel with a PVA solution?

if you prime with anything make sure it has plenty of drying/outgassing time.
I wouldn’t do it with anything other than a high bond vinyl. Actually, i am very apprehensive about applying the vinyl to anything that isn’t ticking the boxing. i guess it all depends on what it’s adhering too and for how long. if its temporay then fair do, but anything long term… its a different story…

have a look at white faced melamine mdf, a bit more expensive but would save on PVA and time and have a ready to apply surface

What about general formulations "rough mark". It sticks to everything!
