Duration of the contract, and any auto renewing.

Cost per click, colour & black and white. Is there any extra charges of over sized sheets (SRA3), or is the charge the same for all sheet sizes.

SLA – how long before an engineer attends site.

Minimum commitment, you’ll probably have to agree to a minimum number of impressions each month/quarter. Which you pay for regardless.

We have a digital press in house – Unless you’ve got the demand already for it, or there’s demand for sameday print, I’d seriously consider outsourcing it

Just make sure the machine can handle 350gsm, cheaper ones are rated at 300gsm….

Have you all the post press bits? Guillotine, creaser, folder, laminator, bookletmaker etc…printing is the easy bit!

Yep, everything but a collating machine, and folder but have a local company who help with that.

Although it’s often just as easy, and cheaper to outsource it.
