    Try traybond in Rochdale, the guys name is Steve.
    Haven’t got the number to hand as I’m at home but if you can’t find him post back and I’ll forward it.

    Traybond will make up your di-bond (or raynabond) trays for not a lot extra to buying the sheet. It’s hardly worth getting the router out.
    Will make trays that go around corners, fret cut for lightboxes etc etc.

    there is a lower costing alternative to dibond. le-board from europoint display. costs about £40 for an 8×4 its limits are colours etc but still a great product for penny pinching customers.
    europoint have their main holding depot in straffard park.

    Rob Europoint have stopped doing Leeboard and replaced with Ability board Lite which is actually a better board for the same price. The aluminium coating is thicker and the centre plastic is more like Dibond, so you get a stiffer board for the same money.

    thanks for the heads up on that dave, i think cameron told me this the other day actually, obviously i havent been listening good enough 😳 :lol1:
    i do know that the alu-colour is changing too… ill post more details in uksg members forum when i have them.

    Amari plastics sell Reynobond which is the same thing, you should be able to get it down to about £16 per s q metre depending on how much you buy, thy cut it for free and deliver it for free

    i know a very good dibond supplier here in China , but they only sell at large quantities ,quality and pricing are amazing ,I visited their factory once last year
