Dibond Panels
Just wondering what tricks you guys use to get that perfect fit between panels of Dibond?
I have three panels (920x 2550) to fit on a facia without Panatrim on a slight curve! I was thinking of glueing another piece behind the join, on one side then screwing though it on the other panel.
I used to use banner vinyl on white boards( has a better match to the surface) to cover screw heads, and thought a strip of that over the join might be neat enough.
Love to hear your ideas

ensure you have the joining edges squared off, whenever i use dibond or one of the other makes i always ensure the supplier squares the joining edges as very rarely are they square enough for butt joints. as to securing the panels together depends on the surface that you are fitting to but your suggestion will work, i think the joint covered in vinyl will look a bit unprofessional. If you have a gap, mask either side tight to the edge and run a flexible white filler down finishing off nice and smooth this jointbecomes invisible due to it being so narrow. Thanks Kev, managed to get one perfect but the other slightly ajar but didn’t bother with the vinyl, you can’t tell from across the road.
