Desperate for help in cx500 – Roland
Hi every one
i have cx500-roland cutter, i had it running very well before, but in some day, electric voltage changed for few seconds, then it go off, also my pc’s motherboard had damaged, so I did not try to run it again, after few months, i tried to run it on after I brought new PC, but it did not starts, but the screen is working about 10% of its illumination.
any one can tell me what problem could I have in here, and what to do to check it? or even to fix it?

Hi Subhi,
I also have the same cutter, all i could suggest is that you give Roland a call, they have an excellent customer service line and they will put you onto a technical guy who im sure will be able to help or suggest a local service support engineer to check the machine over.

Actually I did that, I called their local dealer in here but they told me they will send me a technical guy with in 1 month, and still have 2 weeks to go, that’s why i write in this forum.
