Create a ‘master’ yourself, an add it as a (locked) layer – this is how we work (using illustrator).

Same made our own, and saved is as template in illustrator.

All the layers are locked, except the changable bits for client name etc, and we rasterise the actual artwork before PDF’ing the proof sheet.

Not sure in Corel but you may be able to do similar?

May be worth putting a copyright statement on the drawing block somewhere.

Take a couple of minutes to set up a 10% watermark of your company name/logo to drop over the artwork…it wouldn’t be the first time I’ve handed out proofs only to have them scanned and printed.

Exactly what Mr Rogers says – protect your work with a watermark [emoji106]

Always change to JPeg as at least they can’t simply copy and use design

I have something similar.. also terms on the bottom stating that use of the layout / image without permission will result in an hourly charge for the design, consultation etc. Plus a wedge for transfer of copyright to the customer.
