    I don’t know how Dave does his registration. But i know what you mean David. The way to get round it is just to create a bleed. So the print could be +Plus 1mm print or you could compensate 1mm inline with your cut path. hope that makes sense! 😀 either way the blade is cutting directly on top of the print meaning even if the contour cut is slightly out you are not wondering off the edge of the print exposing white media.

    Yes we add bleed when printing, but I think Dave’s job is layered vinyl! :thumbup2:
